CMS-III Differential pressure indicator integrates the electrical signal and the target signal. If the electrical signal fails to give an alarm due to the failure of electrical components or lines, the other end of the visual signal can also accurately give an alarm, thus improving the reliability of the transmitter.

 

When the hydraulic system is working, the filter element in the oil filter is blocked by pollutants, and the inlet and outlet pressures generate a pressure difference. When the pressure difference increases to the set value of the transmitter, the switch at one end of the transmitter will turn on the signal to alarm. At the same time, the red button of the visual transmitter at the other end pops up to indicate an alarm, indicating that the system operator should clean or replace the filter element in time to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
