Before leaving the factory, the shut-off valve needs pressure calibration, mainly for the setting of action pressure value. Generally, the action value of 300MW unit is set to 4.5MPa, which means that when the oil pressure reaches 4.5MPa, the oil can reach the servo valve through the shut-off valve. When the turbine is switched off, it will automatically block the passage of oil to the servo.
