The UQK-61 series float level controller is a level controller that uses micro switches embedded in the float to emit contact signals, and can be applied to level control of various liquids. Due to the absence of any external movable mechanism, it is particularly suitable for liquids containing solid or semi-solid floating materials, as well as viscous liquids such as sewage treatment water, factory wastewater tanks, and other liquid tanks, for automatic liquid level alarm and control.
The controller can be used for automatic liquid level alarm in nuclear power plants through radiation and earthquake resistance tests.
The components that come into contact with the controller and liquid are made of plastic, which has good corrosion resistance. Cable type float level switch, made of ABS fluoroplastic material, controls the water level at the control point
Characteristics
There is no movable mechanism outside, so there will be no malfunction of being stuck by floating objects.
The UQK-61 series combination cable float switch adopts a magnetic switch cable float combination (the float is circular, elliptical, and elongated) with multiple points sharing a heavy hammer, and the float position is fixed by a suspension cable. The high-temperature type adopts a stainless steel shell, high-temperature cables, and mercury switch contacts, and can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees.
