SH01.35.19 (6) G01 China sales speed probe sensor

The speed probe SH01.35.19 (6) G01 is not allowed to be used in a strong magnetic field environment above 150 ¡æ, mainly due to the following reasons:
The impact of high temperature on sensors
The working principle of a speed probe is usually based on magnetic induction or Hall effect, which depend on the magnetic materials and electronic components inside the sensor.
In high temperature environments above 150 degrees, the magnetic properties of magnetic materials will significantly decrease, and the performance of electronic components will also be affected, which may lead to unstable sensor output signals or reduced accuracy.
High temperature may also accelerate the aging of internal materials of sensors, shortening their service life.
The influence of strong magnetic field on sensors
A strong magnetic field environment (usually referring to a magnetic field strength exceeding 50Gs or 60mT) can interfere with the magnetic circuit of the sensor.
For magneto electric or Hall effect sensors, strong magnetic fields may cause magnetic saturation of the sensor, resulting in distortion of the output signal.
A strong magnetic field may also damage the internal magnetic components of the sensor, causing it to malfunction.
Comprehensive environmental restrictions
When designing a speed probe, certain temperature and magnetic field strength limits are usually set according to its application scenario. For example, the temperature range for the use of Hall sensors is usually -40 to 150, while the use in strong magnetic field environments requires avoiding magnetic field strengths exceeding their design threshold.
In a strong magnetic field environment above 150, sensors face dual challenges of high temperature and strong magnetic field, which may lead to a significant decrease in their performance or even damage.
Therefore, in order to avoid sensor performance degradation, signal distortion, or damage, it is not recommended to use the speed probe SH01.35.19 (6) G01 in a strong magnetic field environment above 150 ¡æ.
