The oil seal support ring 20MG501.09.83J is made of Q235, precision forged, and undergoes quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, and low-temperature tempering heat treatment. Its hardness reaches HRC55-60, with high strength, good rigidity, deformation resistance, impact resistance, and long wear life; The material contains corrosion-resistant elements such as chromium and nickel, and the surface has been treated with blackening/galvanizing+passivation and rust prevention. It is resistant to coal powder corrosion, high temperature oxidation, and grease immersion, and is suitable for high temperature, high dust, and high humidity environments of coal mills.
