SH02.35.19G01 is a high-precision reluctance speed probe designed specifically for TSI (Turbine Safety Monitoring and Protection System) of steam turbines. As the core monitoring component of rotating machinery, it is responsible for real-time capture of rotor speed, zero speed, and overspeed signals, providing key data for unit safety protection, DEH control, and speed display. It is widely applicable to large rotating equipment in thermal power, nuclear power, chemical and other fields, and is a core spare part for ensuring stable operation of steam turbines and preventing overspeed accidents.
1¡¢ Core technical principles and structural characteristics
SH02.35.19G01 adopts the principle of magnetic resistance induction and belongs to non-contact measurement sensors. By sensing the magnetic field changes of the speed measuring gear on the turbine rotor, the mechanical speed is converted into a stable alternating voltage pulse signal, which is then processed by the preamplifier and output to the TSI/DEH system.
Non contact measurement: The probe maintains a standard clearance of 0.5-1.5mm with the speed measuring gear, without mechanical wear or contact loss, greatly extending the service life and adapting to long-term continuous operation of the steam turbine (over 8000 hours of annual operation).
High sensitivity and accuracy: Equipped with built-in magnetic resistance induction components and signal conditioning circuits, it can accurately capture the magnetic field changes of 60 tooth speed measuring gears, with a measurement range of 0~9999rpm and an accuracy of * * ± 0.1%, meeting the high-precision monitoring requirements of steam turbine rated speed, critical speed, and overspeed test at 3000rpm.
Industrial grade protection and environmental adaptability: All metal sealed structure, protection level IP67, high temperature resistance (-20 ¡æ~120 ¡æ), vibration resistance, oil pollution prevention, dust prevention, suitable for harsh working conditions such as turbine front bearing box, high temperature and high pressure, and strong electromagnetic interference.
Stable and reliable signal: Designed with dual shielding and armored cables, it has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and outputs standard sine wave pulse signals with high signal-to-noise ratio and stable waveform. It can work stably in strong interference environments such as generator excitation and high-voltage frequency converters.
