Power transmission: The hydraulic cylinder receives commands from the servo valve, outputs linear thrust/tension, and drives the TY96020 connecting rod to move synchronously through the pin shaft, transmitting the linear power of the cylinder to the internal dynamic blade adjustment mechanism of the fan without loss.

 

Motion conversion: Convert the linear reciprocating motion of the oil cylinder into the rotational/swinging motion of the moving blade adjustment mechanism, driving the adjustment of the push plate, gear, and rack components to achieve precise adjustment of the fan blade angle (opening 0~100%).

 

Load bearing: Simultaneously bearing composite loads of tension, compression, bending, and shear during operation, balancing the force deviation between the oil cylinder and the regulating mechanism, dispersing vibration stress, and avoiding deformation and jamming of the regulating mechanism.

 

Accurate adjustment guarantee: high rigidity and low deformation design ensure blade angle adjustment error ≤ ± 0.5 °, response time ≤ 1s, adapt to unit load variation and rapid peak shaving requirements, and maintain stable negative pressure in the boiler furnace.

 

System safety protection: As a transmission buffer component, it absorbs the impact load of the oil cylinder and regulating mechanism to prevent overload damage to the core components; When the fracture fails, the protection interlock can be triggered to avoid collision of fan blades and equipment damage.
