The U174/31010 hydraulic cylinder group connecting rod is a core transmission component designed specifically for the hydraulic adjustment system of HU26652-22 axial flow blower (induced draft fan). It is mainly used to connect the hydraulic cylinder with the moving blade adjustment mechanism, accurately transmit the linear driving force of the cylinder, and achieve real-time adjustment of the fan blade angle. As the "power bridge" of the hydraulic regulation system of the fan, this connecting rod operates stably under harsh conditions of high temperature, vibration, and alternating loads, directly determining the accuracy of fan air volume and pressure control and the operating efficiency of the unit. 1、 Structural Design and Material Characteristics

The connecting rod of U174/31010 oil cylinder group is made of high-strength alloy structural steel precision forging and processing, and the structure and material are suitable for the heavy-duty working conditions of the fan:

Material and mechanical properties: The main body is made of 42CrMo or 40CrNiMoA high-strength alloy structural steel. After quenching and tempering treatment, the tensile strength is ≥ 930MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 785MPa, and the impact toughness is ≥ 60J/cm ². It has excellent fatigue resistance, tensile resistance, and shear resistance, and can withstand high-frequency alternating loads and impact stresses for a long time.

Precision structural design: Adopting a two end hinged structure, one end is the oil cylinder connection end (with pin shaft hole and wear-resistant liner), the other end is the adjustment mechanism connection end (with threaded/flange interface), and the middle is the reinforced shaft body. The overall structure is stepped or straight rod, compact and evenly stressed.

Surface strengthening treatment: The surface of the connecting rod is treated with blackening, phosphating, or hard chrome plating, which is wear-resistant, rust proof, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high humidity and dusty flue gas environments in power plants; The hinge hole is embedded with high-strength brass and graphite self-lubricating liner, which does not require additional lubrication, reduces maintenance, and lowers friction loss.

Accuracy control: The coaxiality of the holes at both ends of the connecting rod is ≤ 0.03mm, the surface smoothness reaches Ra1.6 μ m, and the clearance between the pin and shaft is precisely controlled (0.02~0.05mm) to ensure that the transmission is not stuck or moved, and the adjustment response is sensitive.
