The Self-sealed oil suction filter element  TF-100 × 80L can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or upper part of the fuel tank, with the cylinder extending into the oil in the tank. The oil outlet is equipped with two connection methods: threaded or flanged, which are connected to the oil pump suction port. The pipeline is simple and easy to install.

2. Equipped with an oil circuit self sealing device, it is very convenient to clean the filter element. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, simply unscrew the upper cover of the filter, and the self sealing valve installed at the bottom of the cylinder will automatically close, cutting off the oil circuit and preventing the oil in the tank from overflowing. After assembling the filter element, tighten the upper cover, and the self sealing valve will automatically open, and the filter will enter the working state.

3. A filter clogging transmitter is installed at the oil outlet of the filter, which has two functions: intuitive and automatic transmission. By observing the indicator on the transmitter, the clogging situation of the filter can be monitored at any time. When the filter element is clogged and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet reaches 0.35Mpa, the transmitter will send a signal. At this time, the machine should be stopped for cleaning or replacing the filter element.

4. A bypass valve is installed on the upper part of the filter element. When the filter element is blocked and the alarm is triggered, the fault cannot be immediately dealt with. When the vacuum degree at the oil outlet rises to greater than 0.32Mpa, the bypass valve will automatically open to prevent the oil pump from suction and ensure the normal operation of the system.

5. There is a collection cup in the filter element. During the operation of the system, the oil flows through the inner cavity of the filter element, blocking the filtered pollutants in the filter element and collecting them in the collection cup. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the collection cup and the filter element are taken out together, avoiding the filtered pollutants from falling back into the oil tank when replacing the filter element, thus maintaining the cleanliness of the oil.
