The EIIS-2-CP camera probe ensures that high-definition video of the boiler's combustion zone can be transmitted over long distances without degradation, integrating seamlessly into your existing DCS or monitoring network.

 

To maintain image quality over hundreds of meters, the system utilizes specialized high-definition video cables with low attenuation and high EMI resistance. For extreme distances, video signal amplifiers are used to restore clarity and scrub out transmission noise (snow or streaks). The camera itself features high-definition, low-light technology, capturing the fine details of the flame structure. Integration is "plug-and-play" thanks to support for standard plant communication protocols. The probe can be connected directly to the DCS, allowing flame images to be displayed on existing operator terminals alongside capture and recording functions.
