When impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to reach the preset value (usually 0.07-0.1MPa), or when the preset backwash cycle is reached, the system automatically starts the backwash program, which flushes the surface of the filter material with reverse water flow, removes the trapped impurities, and discharges them through the sewage outlet. After cleaning, the filter element quickly recovers its filtering performance without interrupting the main filtration process, achieving continuous online filtration.
