The filter element adopts a composite filter material specially developed by the manufacturer and precision molding technology. The overall structure is compact and the volume is small. It can adapt to the installation structure of the upper and lower cylinder of the ZLF series dust fine filter. It is firmly fixed by the filter rod assembly and can flexibly match the installation needs of different specifications of purification systems. It is easy to replace without complex tools, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs and downtime losses. The core of the filter element adopts a combination of filter bed design, integrating multiple filtration mechanisms such as direct interception, inertial collision, and gravity settling. When compressed air passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside, small dust and mist particles are first intercepted by the surface of the filter bed. Larger particles collide with the filter material fibers under the action of inertia and attach, while smaller particles gradually settle under the action of gravity. At the same time, they complete aggregation inside the filter bed, forming larger droplets and dust clusters, and finally merge into the gravity settling layer to achieve complete separation of gas-liquid and dust particles. Impurities are discharged through the discharge outlet, and the entire process does not affect the efficiency of air flow.
