The XU-100*100-J filter is a coarse filter designed specifically for hydraulic system oil pump protection. It belongs to the oil suction filter series and is installed at the oil pump suction port. With precise functional positioning and excellent basic performance, it has become an indispensable pre protection component in industrial hydraulic systems. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, engineering machinery, machine tool manufacturing, and power equipment, providing reliable pre impurity interception protection for various oil pumps and subsequent hydraulic components, effectively extending equipment service life and reducing operation and maintenance costs. The core mission of this filter is to intercept larger mechanical impurities in the oil, such as metal debris, dust particles, sand and gravel impurities, to prevent such impurities from being sucked into the oil pump, avoid wear and jamming of key components such as gears and bearings inside the oil pump, and prevent problems such as oil pump damage and hydraulic system failure from the source, ensuring the stable operation of the entire hydraulic circuit.
The XU-100 × 100-J filter follows the design concept of "practicality, reliability, and convenient adaptation". The overall structure is simple and reasonable, and installation and operation can be completed without complex auxiliary components, greatly reducing installation difficulty and later maintenance costs. Its most prominent advantage is its strong oil flow capacity and extremely low flow resistance. Combined with the functional positioning of the coarse filter, the filtration accuracy is set to 100 μ m, which can efficiently intercept large impurities that harm the oil pump without affecting the oil pump's suction performance, avoiding phenomena such as oil pump suction and cavitation caused by excessive filtration resistance. It meets the core requirements of "filtering and flow balancing" of oil suction filters, with a nominal flow rate of up to 100L/min and an inlet and outlet diameter of 32mm, and can perfectly adapt to the corresponding specifications of oil pump suction pipelines. At the same time, the filter is equipped with two mainstream connection methods and two types of filter cartridges, which are adaptable to different installation scenarios and filtration needs, and have strong flexibility.
In terms of connection methods, the XU-100 × 100-J filter has two options: tubular and flange. The tubular connection adopts pipe thread connection, which is convenient to install and reliable in sealing. It is suitable for scenarios with compact pipeline space and moderate installation accuracy requirements; Flanged connections have the advantages of firm connection and strong pressure bearing capacity, suitable for industrial hydraulic systems with high flow and high pressure. They can be directly connected to equipment pipelines, adapt to most common hydraulic equipment in China, and even replace the installation needs of some similar foreign products. There are two types of filter elements: mesh type and wire gap type. The mesh type filter element uses copper mesh or stainless steel mesh as the filter material, wrapped around a perforated metal skeleton, with a simple structure and easy cleaning. It is suitable for working conditions with high impurity content and frequent cleaning of the filter element; The wire gap filter uses steel or aluminum wire tightly wound around the outside of the cylindrical skeleton, relying on the small gaps between the metal wires to filter impurities. The filtration accuracy is slightly higher than that of the mesh filter, and it is suitable for scenarios with higher requirements for impurity interception effect. However, the cleaning difficulty is relatively high, and it is often used in conjunction with regular replacement.
Some models of this filter can be equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter element is blocked by impurities and the pressure reaches 0.03MPa, the bypass valve will automatically open to prevent the oil pump from being damaged due to excessive suction resistance, further improving the reliability of equipment operation; Its working temperature range covers -30 ¡æ to 110 ¡æ, and the maximum working pressure difference can reach 0.3MPa. It can operate stably under different environmental temperature and pressure conditions, and has good low temperature resistance and impact resistance.
