The transformer oil surface temperature controller BWY-804JJ(TH) is installed on the transformer and faces outdoor wind, sun and strong electromagnetic interference. Its overall sealing, anti-electromagnetic interference capability and weather resistance of display components are well done, which can ensure long-term stable operation and clear readings without frequent maintenance.

 

The overall sealing performance is excellent, achieving an IP65 protection rating. The casing is made of stainless steel with an anti-corrosion treatment, resisting rain, dust, and corrosive gases. The controller's junction box is sealed with a fluororubber sealing ring, preventing moisture from entering the interior even in heavy rain, thus preventing short circuits or component corrosion.

 

It also has strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities. Transformers generate strong electromagnetic fields during operation, and the controller's internal circuitry is electromagnetically shielded, with a shielding cover added to the circuit board to effectively block electromagnetic interference. The output electrical contact signal will not malfunction due to electromagnetic interference, and the temperature measurement value will not fluctuate, remaining consistently stable and reliable.

 

Weather resistance is a key feature of the display components. The dial is made of UV-resistant acrylic material, so it won't yellow or crack even after years of exposure to sunlight, and the readings will remain clear. The dial's scale and hands feature a fluorescent design, ensuring that temperature values are legible even in low-light conditions. The thermometer's sensing element uses a Class A platinum resistance thermometer , offering high accuracy and minimal temperature drift. Even with significant ambient temperature variations, the measured values accurately reflect the transformer's oil temperature.

 

The controller's mounting bracket is reinforced to withstand transformer vibration, preventing displacement or damage due to vibration. These design features allow the controller to operate stably outdoors for over 10 years, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
