Crane 12-Button Handheld Controller COBP-66BHS Durable Design for Harsh Industrial Environments

The COBP-66BHS 12-Button handheld controller for cranes is designed for harsh outdoor or workshop environments in power plants. Its housing protection level, key lifespan, and cable tensile strength have been reinforced to ensure reliability and durability in environments with drops, oil, and dust, and it will not easily fail.

 

The casing boasts an IP65 protection rating, making it dustproof and waterproof. Even if accidentally dropped in mud or water, it can be retrieved, dried, and still used. Made of high-strength engineering plastic, it offers excellent impact resistance; even a drop from 2 meters onto concrete won't crack the casing or damage the internal circuit board. The casing's surface has a non-slip finish, ensuring a secure grip even with oily or greasy hands.

 

The buttons have an exceptionally long lifespan, with each button capable of over 1 million presses. Even with hundreds of presses per day, they can last for several years. Made of silicone, the buttons offer excellent sealing, preventing oil and dust from entering and causing malfunctions. The buttons provide a clear tactile feedback, producing a distinct "click" sound when pressed, allowing operators to easily determine if the button has been pressed correctly.

 

The cable also boasts excellent tensile strength. Its outer layer is made of wear-resistant polyurethane, with an internal Kevlar fiber tensile core, enabling it to withstand a 100kg pull without breaking due to dragging. The connection between the cable and the controller is reinforced with stress-relief treatment, preventing breakage even with frequent bending.

 

The controller also has a built-in low voltage alarm function. When the battery voltage is too low, it will issue an audible and visual alarm to remind the operator to charge the battery in time and avoid sudden power outages during operation.
