The output signal characteristics of the turbine key phase probe sensor CWY-D0-811104-01-07-90-02 are fully compatible with mainstream vibration analyzers and TSI systems. It can be directly integrated without any modifications, and the data interpretation is also very convenient, greatly reducing the difficulty of system integration.
 
The sensor outputs a standard sine wave signal, the amplitude and frequency of which are proportional to the turbine speed. This type of signal is the most commonly used input signal type for vibration analyzers and TSI systems. Whether it is a Bentley , Philips, or domestic TSI system, it can be directly identified and processed without the need for an additional signal converter or modification of the system configuration parameters.
 
The signal amplitude and frequency range are also compatible with mainstream systems. The amplitude is adjustable between 0.1-10V, and the frequency covers the turbine's speed range, from the minimum speed to the rated speed and then to the overspeed protection speed. The sensor can output a stable signal. After receiving the signal, the vibration analyzer can accurately calculate the rotor's key phase for analyzing rotor imbalance and misalignment faults. The TSI system can use the key phase signal as a reference signal for speed measurement, improving the accuracy of speed measurement.
