The diaphragm material and sealing design of the 2051CD3A02A1AS5I1M5C1Q4 pressure transmitter are fully compatible with various measurement media in power plants and can withstand process pressure fluctuations and environmental temperature changes. The diaphragm is made of Hastelloy C-276, a material with exceptional corrosion resistance. It will not corrode when measuring boiler feedwater, steam, fuel oil, or acidic and alkaline media. The diaphragm thickness is precisely calculated to withstand high pressure (maximum pressure resistance of 60 MPa) while ensuring high sensitivity, capable of detecting pressure changes as small as 0.01 kPa.
 
The sealing design is also excellent. The seal between the transmitter's diaphragm and flange uses a metal gasket, which is more resistant to pressure and high temperatures than ordinary rubber gaskets, preventing leaks even with frequent process pressure fluctuations. The transmitter's housing is made of aluminum alloy with a powder-coated surface for corrosion resistance and electromagnetic interference shielding. The internal circuit module is encapsulated to withstand environmental temperature changes from -40°C to 85°C.
 
To address pressure fluctuations, the transmitter has a built-in adjustable damper with a damping time that can be set from 0.1 to 10 seconds, filtering out instantaneous pressure fluctuations and providing a very stable output signal. For temperature effects, the transmitter has an automatic temperature compensation function that compensates for errors caused by media temperature changes from -20°C to 60°C, maintaining a measurement accuracy of 0.1%. Whether measuring the pressure of high-pressure steam or the oil pressure of fuel oil, the 2051CD3A02A1AS5I1M5C1Q4 reliably performs without problems due to media corrosion or pressure fluctuations.
