The Fire-Resistant Oil System Pressure Switch RC861CZ087 must act precisely without drift, providing reliable signals for system start-up, shutdown, and alarms.

 

The RC861CZ087 uses an imported spring that has passed fatigue tests, ensuring its tension remains stable even after tens of thousands of cycles. The pressure setpoint remains accurate within ±0.1 MPa. The contacts are gold-plated, resisting corrosion from fire-resistant oil and maintaining very low contact resistance, preventing signal loss.

 

On-site calibration is simple: pressure is applied to the RC861CZ087 using a pressure pump. At the setpoint, technicians listen for a "click" and check the indicator light; illumination confirms accurate triggering. Calibration is performed quarterly. If drift occurs, the parameter can be corrected by turning the micro-adjustment knob on top. The RC861CZ087 casing is oil-resistant; splashes of fire-resistant oil are harmless. The internal diaphragm is made of fluororubber, resisting swelling from the oil. The RC861CZ087 should be mounted in a low-vibration area and secured with a bracket to prevent false trips due to vibration. Properly calibrated, the RC861CZ087 provides reliable binary signals to the EH system for safe start-up, shutdown, and interlocks.
