The Turbine DCS Hydraulic Servo Control Module SPHSS03(13) is the "brain" of the DEH system, requiring accurate algorithms, fast response, and stable communication.

 

The SPHSS03(13)'s control algorithm is hardened into the chip and validated by thousands of tests. Valve control accuracy reaches 0.1%, responding to commands in the millisecond range. Module communication is redundant: two Ethernet lines connect to the DCS; if one fails, the other immediately takes over, preventing signal loss.

 

The SPHSS03(13) includes dynamic response optimization. When grid load fluctuates, it quickly adjusts the control valve opening to meet primary frequency regulation needs. It has an internal self-check function that monitors its circuits and communication every second, issuing an alarm if problems arise. Site technicians regularly perform joint debugging tests, sending valve commands to the SPHSS03(13) and comparing the actual opening to the command value to ensure millisecond-level control. The SPHSS03(13) also features excellent heat dissipation, preventing crashes even if cabinet temperatures are high, ensuring stable control over the regulating valves.
