The 25SCY14-1B axial piston pump is a high-performance hydraulic power component designed specifically for hydraulic systems in fields such as ships, aviation, mining, metallurgy, die-casting, forging, and machine tools. It can input pure hydraulic oil at a high pressure of 31.5MPa into equipment such as hydraulic presses and hydraulic motors, generating enormous working power. Its multifunctional design not only allows it to be used as a pump, but also as a hydraulic motor through simple modification, achieving multi-purpose use and significantly improving the flexibility and economy of the equipment.

The pump adopts a spline connection between the transmission shaft and the cylinder body to drive the cylinder body to rotate, causing the seven evenly distributed plungers to rotate around the center of the transmission shaft. Each plunger end is equipped with a sliding shoe, and the centering spring presses the sliding shoe onto the inclined plate at a certain inclination angle with the axis through the inner steel ball and return plate. When the cylinder body rotates, the plunger completes reciprocating motion under the action of the inclined plate, achieving the process of oil suction and pressure. The centering spring also presses the cylinder body towards the oil distribution plate through the outer sleeve, ensuring initial sealing and reducing leakage.

Compared with traditional pumps, the 25SCY14-1B has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, and light weight, making it easy to install and maintain. It has strong self-priming ability, adapts to various working conditions, and supports multiple variable forms (such as constant voltage and constant power), meeting the control requirements of complex systems.
