Gear pump 2CY-12/0.6-2 is a volumetric pump designed specifically for conveying lubricating liquids, widely used in petroleum, chemical, mechanical manufacturing, and industrial lubrication systems.

2CY-12/0.6-2 adopts an external gear structure, which rotates through a pair of meshing gears to form oil suction and discharge chambers, achieving continuous liquid transportation. The pump body is usually made of cast iron or stainless steel, and the gears are precision machined to ensure efficient operation and low noise. Its applicable liquid temperature is generally not higher than 70 ℃, but after customizing high-temperature resistant materials by Shanghai Sunshine Pump Industry, it can be extended to 200 ℃ to meet special working conditions. In addition, the pump can be equipped with ordinary motors or explosion-proof motors to adapt to flammable and explosive environments.

This pump is suitable for liquids with a viscosity range of 5 × 10 ⁻⁵~1.5 × 10 ⁻³ m ²/s, such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, etc., but it is not suitable for corrosive media, liquids containing hard particles or fibers, and highly volatile or low flash point liquids (such as gasoline, benzene). Its rated flow rate and pressure range are suitable for medium and low pressure systems, and through optimized design, the volumetric efficiency can reach over 85%, ensuring reliable operation.

2CY-12/0.6-2 is commonly used in machine tool lubrication systems, boiler fuel supply, and auxiliary pumps for hydraulic stations. For example, in mechanical manufacturing, it can provide stable lubricating oil for equipment; In the chemical industry, it is used to transport non corrosive high viscosity liquids.
