LXF125/1.8 three-way valve is a multifunctional control valve widely used in industrial fluid pipeline systems

From the perspective of structural characteristics, the LXF125/1.8 three-way valve adopts a T-shaped or L-shaped flow channel design, which can achieve flexible switching of three flow directions. The valve body is usually made of cast iron, ductile iron or stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has strong pressure bearing capacity, suitable for medium and low pressure conditions. The valve core and seat are sealed with metal hard or soft seals (such as rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene) to ensure excellent sealing performance even under frequent opening and closing. There are various operating modes, including manual (handle or worm gear transmission), pneumatic or electric actuators, to meet the needs of automation control.

The working temperature range of this valve can reach -20 ℃~200 ℃ (depending on the material and sealing components), with a nominal pressure of PN16 or PN25 (corresponding to 1.6~2.5MPa), suitable for general industrial pipelines. Its flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage, which can accurately adjust the flow and avoid system pressure fluctuations. Valves are tested according to ISO 5208 or API 598 standards to ensure no leakage under high pressure differentials and extend their service life.

In terms of application scenarios, LXF125/1.8 three-way valves are commonly used for medium distribution in chemical plants, hot and cold water switching in HVAC systems, and boiler feedwater bypass control. For example, in a chemical production line, it can divert the main stream to different reaction vessels; In the heating system, it is used to switch between heating and return pipelines to improve energy utilization efficiency. Its compact structure is suitable for installation in dense pipelines and has low maintenance costs, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
