 Steam Turbine LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1G-01: Stability in Harsh Environments

 
The steam turbine LVDT position sensor TDZ-1G-01, designed for harsh environments such as high temperature, high vibration, and oil vapor, features a heat-resistant structure, vibration-resistant design, and sealed protection to provide stable and accurate throttle valve position feedback for DEH systems over the long term. Its core principle lies in "optimized environmental adaptability": the coil is constructed of high-temperature-resistant materials, and the primary and secondary coils utilize polyimide insulated wire to withstand the high temperatures near the steam turbine throttle valve, preventing coil short-circuits caused by insulation aging. The coil bobbin is constructed of a low-thermal expansion ceramic material to minimize deformation caused by high temperatures, ensuring stable coil turns and spacing, and maintaining linear accuracy.
 
In terms of vibration resistance, the TDZ-1G-01 position sensor features a built-in damping structure: an elastic damping ring between the core and coil absorbs high-frequency vibrations during turbine operation, preventing collision or displacement between the core and coil, ensuring stable magnetic coupling, and reducing signal fluctuations caused by vibration. The housing is constructed of thickened stainless steel and rigidly bolted to the throttle body to prevent measurement deviations caused by housing vibration.
 
For oil-vapor environments, the TDZ-1G-01 position sensor adopts a fully sealed structure: all joints in the housing are sealed with laser welding or oil-resistant sealing rings to prevent the infiltration of turbine lubricating oil vapor and contamination of the coil by moisture or oil. The lead wires utilize oil-resistant sealed connectors and oil-resistant armored cables to further isolate the sensor from oil vapor. Furthermore, the sensor features a built-in temperature compensation circuit to compensate for changes in coil impedance caused by high temperatures, ensuring temperature stability of the output signal. These features ensure long-term stable operation in harsh environments, providing accurate valve position feedback for the DEH system and ensuring reliable turbine throttle control.
