 Flame Detection and Processing Module ZFDZ-VIII Adapts to Complex Operating Conditions

 
The ZFDZ-VIII flame detection module is designed to accommodate different fuel types, including coal, oil, and gas, as well as complex startup and low-load operating conditions. It features a built-in database of flame characteristics for various fuels, such as the strong infrared radiation of coal flames, the large visible light fluctuations of oil flames, and the high-frequency pulsation characteristics of gas flames. Initial parameter settings or automatic identification can be used to match the current fuel type and adjust sensitivity parameters—for example, increasing infrared signal detection sensitivity for coal combustion and enhancing the ability to capture high-frequency pulsation signals for gas combustion—to ensure accurate identification of flames of different fuels.
 
For special operating conditions such as startup and low-load conditions, the ZFDZ-VIII flame detection module utilizes dynamic threshold technology. During startup, when the flame is unstable, the module automatically lowers the flame detection threshold to avoid false "fire extinguishment" due to low flame intensity. At low load, when combustion intensity decreases and background interference, such as heat dissipation from the furnace, becomes more prominent, the module dynamically adjusts the threshold range by analyzing the difference between the flame signal and background interference in real time, ensuring that an alarm is triggered only when the flame is truly extinguished, rather than when the signal is weakened due to load fluctuations.
 
The ZFDZ-VIII flame detection module also features anti-interference capabilities: a filtering algorithm filters out false signals caused by dust and moisture within the furnace, preventing false detections caused by windy and rainy weather or equipment vibration. These designs enable the module to continuously and reliably monitor flame status under various fuel types and complex operating conditions, preventing furnace explosions or fuel waste caused by flame detection failure.
