The WZP-2312 bearing thermal resistance temperature sensor addresses the harsh environment of oil flow and vibration within the bearing. Through armored protection and optimized fixation, it solves lead wire fixation and routing issues, ensuring long-term signal stability. The key lies in its "armored lead wire + internal fixation structure": The lead wire utilizes stainless steel armored cable. The armor layer is both compressive and wear-resistant, protecting it from the impact of oil flow within the bearing while preventing lead wire wear caused by vibration. 

 

The armored cable is filled with oil-resistant insulating material, isolating the temperature sensor lead wire from the armor layer, preventing oil infiltration and potential short circuits. The lead wires are securely fastened within the bearing shell using a specially designed design: a slot or sleeve matching the thermal resistor is built into the bearing shell. Once inserted, the WZP-2312 thermal resistor is held in place by the slot, preventing oil flow and displacement. A sealed joint seals the lead wires where they exit the bearing shell, tightly fitting the shell wall to prevent lubricant leakage and secure the lead wires, preventing them from vibrating with the bearing shell. Some models feature an elastic retaining clip at the lead wire exit point to absorb vibration and reduce friction and wear between the lead wire and the bearing shell.

 

In addition, the connection between the temperature sensing element and the lead wires of the WZP-2312 thermal resistor is sealed after welding to prevent oil vapor intrusion and oxidation at the solder joints, ensuring a reliable electrical connection. These design features protect the lead wires within the bearing shell from oil flow and vibration while maintaining insulation and conductivity, ensuring long-term stable transmission of temperature signals and preventing bearing shell temperature monitoring failures due to lead wire failures.
