 Compatibility of Frequency Response of FRD.WJA2.308 Turbine Valve Position Sensor

 
The steam turbine DEH system requires rapid response to valve adjustment commands. For example, when the unit load changes, the DEH needs to issue commands quickly to control the valve opening and adjust the steam flow. This requires the position sensor's frequency response to keep up with the command speed and provide lag-free valve position feedback. The FRD.WJA2.308 position sensor fully meets this requirement through optimized structural design and signal processing.
 
In terms of frequency response performance, the FRD.WJA2.308 position sensor utilizes the non-contact LVDT principle. The core and coil have no mechanical friction, eliminating the response delay caused by mechanical transmission. Furthermore, the optimized coil winding process and signal demodulation circuitry enable rapid detection of minute core displacement changes. Its frequency response range covers the DEH system's adjustment frequency requirements. Even with high-frequency, small-amplitude adjustment commands from the DEH, the sensor can output an electrical signal corresponding to the valve opening in real time, eliminating signal lag due to insufficient frequency response.
 
The FRD.WJA2.308 displacement sensor outputs signals in standard analog or digital form, enabling direct and quick integration with the DEH controller without complex signal conversion, further reducing transmission delays. In actual operation, if the sensor's frequency response fails to match the DEH's adjustment speed, valve position feedback can lag behind actual throttle movement. The DEH may mistakenly believe the throttle is not in position and continue issuing adjustment commands, causing throttle overshoot or oscillation, impacting unit load stability and steam parameter control accuracy. The FRD.WJA2.308 displacement sensor's frequency response design addresses this issue, ensuring that the feedback signal is synchronized with the actual throttle opening, providing accurate real-time data to the DEH control loop and ensuring the stability and accuracy of throttle adjustment.
