Additionally, observing the color change on the cooler's copper tube surface can provide additional verification.

 

Preventative and treatment measures include regularly cleaning the cooler's SLQ-140 copper tubes, controlling cooling water quality, and installing online monitoring devices to track temperature differentials in real time. Dynamically adjusting cooling water flow and pressure can slow scaling and extend equipment life.
