The mechanical seal CH01.541Z is a containerized double end balanced mechanical seal designed specifically for medium and high pressure, volatile, low temperature, or granular media working conditions.

This seal uses a static metal bellows as the elastic element, and the bellows material is AM350 (precipitation hardened stainless steel), which maintains excellent fatigue strength in the range of -196 ℃ to+300 ℃. It is suitable for low-temperature conditions such as liquid oxygen and liquid ammonia, as well as long-term operation of hot oil and high-temperature solvents. The friction pair comes standard with imported pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SiC/SiC) pairing, which has high hardness and low tendency for hot cracking; When the medium contains solid particles, DLC coated silicon carbide or WC/Co hard alloy can be selected to improve wear resistance. The auxiliary seal abandons the traditional O-ring and uses low-temperature resistant fluorinated ether rubber (FFKM) or PTFE coated V-shaped rings, solving the problem of rubber brittleness and aging failure at low temperatures.
