Its sealing structure and guide rod design avoid dead corners where dirt accumulates. At the same time, a self-cleaning channel is added inside the float, which can automatically flush surface attachments as the oil level rises and falls, reducing the frequency of manual intervention and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the oil replenishment system.

 

By regularly checking the movement flexibility of the float ball of BUF-FQF-DN80 and the cleanliness of the valve seat sealing surface, oil stains and particulate impurities can be removed in time to prevent blockage or stagnation from causing inaccurate oil level control. The use of a high-precision oil filter device and the addition of a pre-filter in the oil replenishment pipeline can reduce the risk of pollutants entering the valve body from the source and extend the maintenance cycle.

 

Combined with the generator maintenance cycle, the float valve BUF-FQF-DN80 is periodically deep cleaned and parts (such as vulnerable seals) are replaced, and corrosion-resistant materials and anti-adhesion coatings are selected to inhibit the adhesion of oil oxidation products. This can significantly reduce the probability of leakage or malfunction caused by contamination, ensure accurate control of the oil level in the tank, and maintain the safety of the lubrication and cooling systems of the generator set.
