When the electromagnet is energized, a magnetic field is generated to attract the iron core, causing the piston in the valve body to move, thereby changing the connection state of the flow channel; when the power is off, the magnetic field disappears, and the piston returns to its original position under the action of the spring force or other reset mechanism, restoring the original channel connection state.
Working principle:
It belongs to double coil control. After one coil is energized for a moment, the power is turned off, and the valve opens; after the other coil is energized for a moment, the power is turned off, and the valve closes. It can remain closed or open for a long time, which is conducive to extending the life of the coil. Specifically, for a one-in-two-out solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the first outlet of the medium is opened and the second outlet is closed; when the coil is de-energized, the first outlet is closed and the second outlet is opened. For a one-in-one-out normally closed solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, interface 2 leads to interface 1, and interface 3 is closed; when the coil is de-energized, interface 2 is closed, and interface 1 leads to interface 3. The normally open type is the opposite. When the coil is powered off, interface 3 is connected to interface 1 and interface 2 is closed. When the coil is powered on, interface 3 is closed and interface 1 is connected to interface 2.
