Material characteristics:
The valve body and valve cover are made of cast stainless steel to ensure the high strength and corrosion resistance of the product; the bellows are made of stainless steel, which has excellent reliability and durability; the sealing ring is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
Working principle:
It is a forced sealing valve. When the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface to not leak. The valve stem drives the valve disc to move vertically along the center line of the valve seat. During the opening and closing process, the friction between the sealing surfaces is small, durable, small opening height, easy to manufacture, and convenient maintenance. It is not only suitable for medium and low pressures, but also for high pressures, and the flow rate is easy to adjust, which can effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises and has a wide range of pressure applications.
