The HD-ST-A2-B1 vibration velocity sensor is a high-precision vibration measurement device that is widely used in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial machinery. The sensor can effectively monitor the operating status of the equipment by measuring the velocity signal generated by mechanical vibration, thereby realizing the early warning and alarm function of mechanical failure.
 
### Working principle
 
The HD-ST-A2-B1 vibration velocity sensor works based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the sensor is installed on the bearing seat or close to the bearing housing, the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the sensor. The sensor contains a moving coil and a permanent magnet. When the mechanical vibration causes the sensor housing to vibrate, the internal moving coil cuts the magnetic lines of force in the magnetic field, thereby generating an induced electromotive force. This induced electromotive force is proportional to the vibration speed, and the sensor converts it into a voltage signal output.
 
### Application scenario
 
The sensor is particularly suitable for rotor systems supported by rolling bearings. In these systems, the vibration of the rotor is transmitted to the bearing seat through the bearing, and the sensor can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time by measuring these vibration signals. Common application scenarios include vibration monitoring of rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, fans, and compressors.
 
### Signal Processing
 
The voltage signal output by the HD-ST-A2-B1 sensor can be directly connected to a vibration monitor or transmitter. The monitor or transmitter will amplify, filter and process the signal and finally convert it into a readable vibration velocity value. This data can be used to analyze the vibration characteristics of the equipment and identify potential mechanical failures such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing damage, etc.
