The magnetoresistive speed sensor SZCB-01-A00-B080-C00-D03 is a type of the sensor SZCB-01 series. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to test the gear speed. It has a large output signal and strong anti-interference performance. When using it, a gear should be installed on the shaft of the measured speed to install the sensor on the bracket, and the gap between the sensor and the top of the gear should be adjusted to about 1mm.

When installing the speed sensor SZCB-01-A00-B080-C00-D03, you need to pay attention to the gap between it and the detection gear. The smaller the gap, the greater the output voltage. At the same time, the output voltage of the sensor increases with the increase of the speed. Therefore, the recommended gap during installation is usually 0.5 ~ 3 mm, and it is recommended to use an involute gear to detect the gear tooth shape. The size of the gear to be detected is determined by the module (m), which is the parameter value that determines the size of the gear. It is recommended to use a gear plate with a module ≥ 2 and a tooth top width greater than 4 mm; the material of the detection gear is preferably ferromagnetic material (that is, a material that can be attracted by a magnet).
