The Filter element WU100*100 uses multi-layer stainless steel woven mesh or perforated mesh as the main filter material, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (≤120℃) and high pressure resistance (working pressure range 1.5-2.5MPa). It is also compatible with various media such as mineral oil and emulsion, and can withstand acidic and alkaline environments.

As a protective device at the inlet end of the hydraulic system, its core function is to intercept metal particles, colloidal impurities and dust pollutants in the oil, prevent pollutants from entering the pump body and actuators, thereby reducing equipment wear, extending the hydraulic oil replacement cycle, and improving system operation stability.

Performance parameters

-Flow range: 80-200L/min, adapted to different system flow requirements;

-Filtration area: 0.01-0.20㎡, ensuring high dirt holding capacity and long service life;
