It is mainly used for oil purification in power plant coal mill oil stations, turbine auxiliary systems, metallurgy, engineering machinery and other fields. Its core function is to intercept metal particles, colloidal impurities and dust in the oil, control the contamination of the medium, and ensure the stability and life of the equipment.
The Double-tube filter element SWQ-80B adopts a stainless steel skeleton support structure, and the filter material can be selected from stainless steel woven mesh, glass fiber filter paper or wood pulp filter paper. The filtration accuracy covers 1-100μm (corresponding to mesh 118-636 mesh), which can meet the needs of different working conditions. The sealing material is made of fluororubber or nitrile rubber ring to ensure stable operation in the temperature range of -30℃ to +110℃ and 21-210bar high pressure environment. Its double-barrel parallel design allows quick switching to the spare filter element when the single-side filter element is blocked, realizing non-stop maintenance and significantly improving the continuous operation efficiency of the system.
