The filter element adopts dry ion exchange resin (ICB) technology and is suitable for phosphate fire-resistant oil systems (such as turbine EH oil systems) and mineral oil purification scenarios.
Technical characteristics and advantages
1. High-efficiency acid removal capacity: The acid removal capacity of the filter element reaches 3.71 grams of molecular acid/liter, which is 500% higher than that of traditional diatomaceous earth filter elements and 250% higher than that of activated alumina filter elements. It can quickly control the concentration of acidic substances in fire-resistant oil to below 0.09, significantly delaying oil degradation.
2. Metal ion removal: Through the ion exchange mechanism, metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and iron are effectively filtered out to ensure that the metal ion content in the system is less than 0.01%, avoiding oil oxidation and equipment corrosion caused by metal catalysis.
3. No water release: The dry resin structure does not release water during the adsorption of acidic substances, and no additional dehydration device is required, which reduces system complexity and operating costs. Traditional resin filter elements must be used with vacuum dehydration equipment.
4. Chemical stability and safety: The filter element material has no negative chemical reaction with phosphate ester fire-resistant oils, and does not release polyphosphate gel or metal ions, ensuring the purity of the oil and the long-term stability of the equipment. At the same time, the anti-leakage design is adopted to avoid secondary contamination of particulate matter.
