 The filter element QF9732W50HPTC-DQ is a high-performance filter element specially used for steam turbine auxiliary system, mainly used in lubricating oil system of small machine (steam-driven feed water pump) and EH oil system. Its core function is to control the oil contamination, intercept solid particles (such as metal chips, dust, etc.) and absorb water to ensure the stability and service life of equipment operation.

The filter element adopts a multi-layer composite structure design, the main body is supported by a stainless steel skeleton, and the filter medium is made of imported glass fiber or polyester fiber material, with a filtration accuracy range of 3-25μm (the specific accuracy is adapted according to system requirements). Its pressure resistance can reach 20MPa, and the operating temperature adaptation range covers -20℃ to 200℃, which can meet the continuous operation requirements under high temperature and high pressure conditions. In the EH oil system, the filter element is connected in series at the outlet of the oil pump or the inlet of the oil motor to achieve deep purification of the fuel oil, ensuring the reliable operation of precision components such as servo valves; in the lubricating oil system, multi-stage filtration is used to reduce mechanical wear and extend the life of the bearing.
