Technical features
1. Structural design: It adopts a stainless steel skeleton and a folded filter element structure, which has both mechanical strength and high filtration efficiency. The filtration area is 150cm² and can withstand a maximum working pressure difference of 32MPa.
2. Filtration performance: The filtration accuracy is 10μm, which is suitable for hydraulic oil, fire-resistant oil and other media, and effectively intercepts particles to protect hydraulic components (such as pumps and valves) from wear.
3. Temperature and pressure resistance: The operating temperature range covers room temperature to 65℃, which is suitable for continuous operation requirements under high pressure environments.
Application
1. It is mainly used in key parts such as the EH oil system of thermal power units and the speed control system of steam turbines to purify fire-resistant oil and ensure that the cleanliness of the oil meets ASTM standards.
