Technical characteristics
1. Filtration accuracy: The filter element adopts a 10μm filtration accuracy (higher or lower accuracy can be provided in some application scenarios), which can effectively intercept solid particles, colloids and moisture in the oil, and is suitable for scenes with high cleanliness requirements such as turbine fire-resistant oil systems and hydraulic systems.
2. Structural strength: Axial stiffness: It can withstand standard axial loads without deformation or damage.
3. Flattening stiffness: Maintain structural integrity under extreme pressure drop conditions to ensure long-term operational reliability.
4. Pressure drop flow characteristics: Balance filtration efficiency and system pressure drop through optimized design to provide a clear pressure drop flow characteristic curve.
5. Flow fatigue life: The number of fatigue cycles of disposable filter elements is ≥10,000 times, and the number of repeated cleaning models is ≥20,000 times.
Tolerance performance
1. The maximum operating temperature is 135℃, suitable for high temperature conditions;
2. Some models can withstand a system pressure of 32MPa or even 42MPa to meet the high pressure difference requirements.
Application areas
- Power industry: steam turbine lubrication system, fire-resistant oil system, stator cooling water system, etc. of thermal power and nuclear power units, used to remove particulate impurities and moisture, and prevent wear of precision parts such as oil motors.
