 The power plant water filter element SGLQ-1000 is a high-efficiency precision component dedicated to fluid filtration in power systems. It is mainly used in the EH oil system and stator cooling water system of steam turbine units. Its core function is to maintain the cleanliness of oil or cooling water to ensure stable operation of the equipment. The following is an explanation from three aspects: technical characteristics, application scenarios and maintenance requirements:

 

Technical characteristics

1. Structure and materials: The power plant water filter element SGLQ-1000 is made of polypropylene ultrafine fiber hot melt entanglement process, does not contain chemical adhesives, and achieves deep gradient filtration through a three-dimensional microporous structure. The pore size design with sparse outside and dense inside takes into account high dirt holding capacity and low pressure difference characteristics, and can intercept 5~10μm particle impurities (the specific accuracy varies depending on the model, such as SGLQ-1000A is 5μm).

2. Performance parameters: design pressure 1.0MPa, working pressure 0.8MPa, and temperature tolerance range of 20~60℃. The filter media includes metal particles (wear products), grinding chips, colloids, oxidation products and water condensation, which effectively prevent servo valve jamming, bearing wear and oil deterioration.

 

Maintenance requirements

-Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace twice a year under normal working conditions, and the specific adjustment needs to be combined with the oil contamination monitoring results.

-Operation specification: A work permit must be obtained when replacing, and the operator should wear oil-proof gloves and goggles, and use special tools to avoid secondary contamination. For the double filter configuration, non-stop maintenance can be achieved through the reversing valve.

-System compatibility: It is suitable for condensate and hydraulic return oil filtration in large industrial scenes such as steel mills and power plants, and is compatible with international standard regeneration devices such as NUGENT.
