Φ25mm Current Sensor HTW-05-50/HTW-14-50 is a non-contact sensor used to measure the relative static and dynamic displacement between the probe and the object being measured. It is mainly composed of a probe and a preamplifier. The sensor is powered by -24VDC, -4~-20VDC, 4-20MA output. Users can choose the sensor probe diameter, length, etc. according to measurement needs. This series of products has the advantages of many varieties, high sensitivity, wide measurement range, strong anti-interference ability, and is not affected by media such as oil and dirt. It can work in harsh environments such as oil, gas, and water. Therefore, the eddy current sensor system is widely used in industries such as electricity, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, and some scientific research units. It can measure and protect the radial vibration, axial displacement, key phase, shaft speed, expansion difference, eccentricity, rotor dynamics research, and part size inspection of large rotating mechanical shafts such as steam turbines, water turbines, blowers, compressors, air separators, gearboxes, and large cooling pumps online.

▲If the measured surface area cannot meet the minimum specimen size requirements, a small probe with extended linear range can be selected; if the probe cable is not protected by a pipe, it is recommended to select an armored probe to prevent the cable from being damaged;

▲If there are no special installation restrictions, a standard installation type probe is usually selected; the probe is threadless for easy installation: when using screw holes for installation, the appropriate length of threadless can reduce the length required to screw into the screw hole;

▲The length of the probe shell depends on the distance between the installation position and the measured surface. If there is no special need, it is recommended to choose 40 or 50mm long;

▲When using screw holes for installation, the probe cable should be 0.5m or 1.0m long to avoid twisting the cable when rotating the probe. An extension cable should also be selected; when installing the probe inside the machine, the total length of the probe should ensure that the cable connector can be outside the machine to prevent the internal oil from contaminating the connector; for special specification probes, please provide detailed size data or processing drawings or complete models.
