This cost-effective pump provides more than 90% volumetric efficiency and a low noise level of 62dB(A) at an operating pressure of 210bar. In-situ repair by replacing the pump seal can reduce downtime and increase productivity. The inlet and outlet ports can be oriented in four different relative positions to each other, providing great installation flexibility and facilitating machine design.
Correct oil condition is important for the life of hydraulic components and systems. The hydraulic oil must have the correct balance between cleanliness, materials and additives. At the first start, if the pump is not filled immediately, the air should be discharged from the pump outlet pipe by loosening the pipe joint in the outlet pipe close to the pump until oil flows out indicating that the pump is full.
